[Dev] Vote on TestMaker 4.4.2 release

I'm considering a TestMaker 4.4.2 release with these changes:

1) jCookie modifications to support new top level domains (TLDs) and  
to turn off tail URL checking, ticket 8 and 9

2) Fixes to the HTTPMultipartBody function
