Hi William and Luis Carlos: Thanks for setting up the new Sun
Blueprints Petstore 2 (beta.) The interface is rich and a good
illustration of what one can do with AJAX.
Would you please write a set of TestMaker 5 scripts that accomplish
the following:
1) Unit tests of the features of the Petstore: Select a pet category
(Dog, Fish, etc.), Add a new animal to the store using the Seller
interface, Do a search, View an RSS feed, View the animals randomly
in one category (for example Hairy Cats.) See how far you get at
building these unit tests using TestGen4Web, then transform them into
Jython scripts. I am expecting you will have to write code using the
TOOL protocols handlers and custom Jython classes to implement these
unit tests.
2) Test Scenarios to operate the unit tests as functional tests, load
tests and service monitors. For the load test, use the sequences
feature to operate multiple test use cases at a time.
3) Please look into adding a special parameter to the Petstore code
to defeat the Captchas anti-spam mechanism in the Seller interface.
Please spend a day or less on this. I'd like to use them on Friday,
if possible, in the ReplicateTech.com environment.
Thanks!
-Frank
