[Dev] Introducing William and Avantica

Hi TestMaker developers: Let me introduce you to William Martinez  
Pomares of Group Avantica. PushToTest hired Avantica to code  
TestMaker 5. This will be Avantica's 8th project with PushToTest and  
I very much recommend them as an excellent engineering group.

William and I will be using this email list to communicate on  
TestMaker 5 development issues. Feel free to jump in with your ideas,  
feedback and criticisms. You are welcome to contribute code, patches,  
and tests. Thanks.
