[Dev] Status update please

Excellent update. Thanks. I'm glad to see the Reader class is now  
functional. In my mind the next major milestone is to be able to run  
a test on a node. About the refactoring, if it is faster to rewrite/ 
replace one of the TN... classes then go for it. Don't worry about  
backward compatibility on the TestNetwork functions. -Frank
