[Dev] Updated issues list for TestMaker 5 release

I reviewed and updated all of the bugs in http://bugs.pushtotest.com/ 
report/1. There are 8 critical issues to solve for a TestMaker 5  
release candidate. I expect we will solve all 8 and issue beta 3 this  
week. Then we will release release candidate 1 next week. So we are  
very close now!
