[Dev] Updating magic tickets for RC1

Hi William and Luis Carlos: This is a good week to issue Release  
Candidate 1 of TestMaker 5! Would you please give me an update on  
these magic tickets:

108 - I tested it and the problem still exists. http://localhost:8080  
is still serving pages well after TM exits. And now, when I use  
shutdown.sh, I get an exception.

89 - I believe this is fixed but need to confirm once we get the  
TestNode working.
