I tested this and it is still open. I click to the Local TestNode  
Output, type Command A, nothing happens, I type Control A and the  
text is highlighted. Same for Local TestNode Error.

I tested this and it is still open. On Mac OS X the Run TestMaker 5.0  
button does not function. Nothing happens when you click it.

Also, on Windows I do not see the Start Menu, program group for  
TestMaker.
