[Dev] Functional tests on Nodes?

Hi William: Thanks for answering the question, especially on a
Sunday! A customer could have TestNodes installed all over a network
and want to see that the Node is functional. So, the functional tests
need to operate in a node. If you're just debugging a unit test you
can use the Agents -> Run command. I'll enter this as a bug. -Frank
