[Dev] bugs.pushtotest.com up again

The server that runs bugs.pushtotest.com went down early this  
morning. I found the network interface adaptor on the motherboard had  
gone bad. I replaced the motherboard and added a second adaptor (to  
avoid future problems like this) and all is working again. -Frank
