[Dev] TM 5 installer

Hi William: We discussed by IM the need for an installer program for  
TM 5. TM 5 needs the installer to install Firefox (and the  
TestGen4Web plug-in) and soapui. We need to have a downloadable  
installer for:

Windows, Linux, and Macintosh OS X

Do you have an installer in mind? Should I research one?
