[Dev] Changes to build.xml and TestMaker.sh/bat in tm5

I updated the tm5 repository to implement these changes:

- Remove utils/TMCP.bat and utils/TMCP.sh and TestMaker no longer  
uses either.

- Updated the project name to tm5 in build.xml

- Removed the tm44 distributions from tm5/distributions

- Updated the ImageIcon handling code in:
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/gui/ScriptEditor/TMFrame.java
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/gui/ScriptEditor/jbase.java
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/gui/Welcome.java
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/Strings.properties
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/gui/ScriptEditor/TMFrame.java
M src/com/pushtotest/testmaker/gui/ScriptEditor/jbase.java

- Updated the build.xml related files to make it easier to run/build/ 
debug/run cycle.
