[Dev] Running TM5 from the build.xml run target

FYI: The TestMaker 5 CVS repository uses a NetBeans-generated Ant  
build script to build and run TestMaker. The latest code checkin  
makes operational the <run> target in the tm5/TestMaker/build.xml. We  
find it easier to open the tm5/TestMaker project (not the tm5 top  
level project.) That way, one runs the build.xml run target to start  
TestMaker.
