[Dev] Edit a scenario

Hi Frank.
Luis Carlos uploaded the version with the TestScenario 
being loaded to the JEditor as an XML file. The other part 
of the GUI I think it is not there yet.
The TN is accepting runs, but it is still not working with 
the new testnode by testnode execution and is not updating 
the slider. I may take us a little more time to fix that 
(we need to add more options to the protocol) so the 
upload still works locally. Please let me know if it is ok 
as that for presentation.
