[Dev] CVS commit for tickets 130, 162

Dear TestMaker Developers:

I committed changes to TestMaker 5 to solve tickets 130 (Download  
Zip, no Jar) and 162 (TestGen4Web installs on Firefox 2.0.0.7 and  
above.)

These are now in cvs.pushtotest.com under the TM5 project. Please  
update your source.
