[Dev] Ticket 165 - Missing langtype causes NPE - closed

Hi William:

The validator sounds great. I opened ticket 190 (http:// 
bugs.pushtotest.com/ticket/190) to track this.

I'm hoping to release TM 5.1 this week. So please ask Max to check  
with me before he commits the changes so I will be in good shape to  
do a smoke test on it.
