[Dev] Final list for TestMaker 5.1

Dear TestMaker developers:

TestMaker 5.1 is looking very nice!

I have a short 3 item list of final changes before releasing  
TestMaker 5.1 Release Candidate 1:

1) When using the New Functional Test, New Load Test, and New Service  
Monitor functions, the resulting TestScenario.xml file does not pass  
the TestScenario.xsd validation.

2) The new Results Summary HTML page shows 0 Average transaction  
times for all results.

3) TestGen4Web comes with a htmlunit-based test interpreter. We  
should have been using this all along in the ScripRunner. I will  
install the interpreter and see what impact it has on backward  
compatibility.

This is my call for your input on releasing 5.1. Please vote.
