[ptt-users] Setting up the proxy server

It's OK - I checked with the IT boys and dicovered that some of the
external traffic was being blocked by the firewall. Works fine now!

Is the page you are trying to record available on the public Internet?
If so, what is the URL. Is the site using HTTPS?
